Pickup *20* is leading to a busy extension

    As soon as we try to pickup a ringing extension (A) with *20* it will block the extension where we
    dailed *20* (B). If you then try to call (B) from internal or external it will end in the voicemail, because
    of a busy extension (B). If we try this several times it will lead to a license error, but the dashboard is
    still showing all lines as free. Our 3cx version is 15.5.5 and we use snom 870, 320, 715.

    Hi Stoba, this is the expected behaviour as once the pickup code has been dialed the call is passed from extension (A) to (B). If the call is getting stuck or there is another issue please elaborate and we will try and assist.

    It seems to stuck, what should i check and provide to go forward?
