hi all, i was hoping someone could help me, i installed 3cx and it works cool.
anyway in the serverlog page i am constantly seeing this message lines below:

(note, this was snipped from the log when i attempted to call 999, and place it on hold, and retrieve to show whats happening)
i also sometimes after calling and taking off hold, they cannot hear me, but i can hear them clearly...

    cheers

things are changed since 17-th of June... Please, setup new version. It is really better. there are few changes related to your problems.

    Thanks,
    Stepan

P.S. You don't need to uninstall old version, you can simply upgrade it with new installation. But it is safer to backup you database first.

If i am not mistaken xlite phone must be bound to media server. And it doesn't support replaces. This would settle your one way audio problems.

As far ar the other problem you have been having , as SY very correctly said, there is a new version, which we suggest you download. It is so much better and improved... I am sure you will like it and its new features...

here is a list of new features for paid versions.

    Works well, but transfer issue?

hi guys thanks for your support.
i had upgraded to latest, and works well. :)
one question though, when i transfer a call to an external number for example my home phone number. it will transfer ok, but the call quality is still dependant on my connection. i thought when i transferred a call, it then removes me (my 3cx system etc) from the connected call?

    am i missing something?

    Cheers

No, it is not transfered externally.

This is a PSTN limitation. When you execute such a transfer the PBX is simply connecting two calls in reality.
