Place voicemail on the main phone number of the office

    Hi there,

    Is there a possibility to place a voicemail in the 3CX Management Console on the main phone number of a company with for example:
    'Hello, This is XXX and we are currently in a meeting for half an hour, please call back'.

    And i want to activate this on every yealink phone in my company, so every employee can activate or de-activate that specific voicemail for the main phone number. Is this possible with a BLF or something, or that every phone can call for example *101 to activate it?

    You might be able to achieve the required functionality using the "Force 3CX Phone System to IN or OUT of office" dial code which should be set *64 be default. So if you dial *640 is the default office hours, *641 is the In office hours and by dialling *642 you can force the system to out of office hours.
    Please note that when you force the system with *641 or *642 the system will follow that status and will auto switch to in and out of office hours until you set it back to the default hours using *640.

    You can then use the main numbers In and out of office hours routes to control where calls will be forwarded depending on the status.
