Playback IVR Prompts

    When I try to listen to IVR Prompts, the management console dials my extension but I don't hear the prompt playing.

    This is happening with the prompts included with 3CX in the C:\ProgramData\3CX\Data\Ivr\Prompts and C:\ProgramData\3CX\Data\Ivr\Prompts\Sets\8210986B-9412-497f-AD77-3A554F4A9BDB folders, not just ones I've recorded.

    What could be the problem

    And, this was volume problem. Simple. Sorry for the post.

    It happens to the best of us just like plugging the rj11 cord into the headset jack instead of the handset jack! ;)
