Please bring back MyPhone for v12.

    I agree with all of the criticisms posted here concerning 3CXPhone shortcomings.
    Another major issue that we are dealing with is user login. In MyPhone any user could log into their extension very simply by ext# and PIN. This was very effective in network environments where users roam from workstation to workstation.
    In 3CXPhone, we have to "train" all users on how to setup their account and then DELETE it when they leave that workstation because the next user would have access to their extension. It's been a nightmare.

    Absolutely wrong approach. If you want users to roam from workstation to workstation, then use the proper technology that is designed to do this. The Concept is called Active directory and the use of roaming profiles.
    If your users use the same account then your networking concept in your company is flawed.
    You need to fix that problem first. each user must have his own login account and you do not need to tell users to delete accounts no. they can log in, 3CXPhone will launch the proper xml file from the roaming profile of that user, and at the end of the shift user logs out. Next user that comes in, logs in with his own credentials and gets his own roaming profile.
