"Please Hold while we transfer your call" Is there a proper solution?

    Hi,

    I've read many topics on this and there is no solid answers on how to disable this other than placing a blank WAV file in the place of "please_hold.wav"

    As we are evaluating the system this is a pretty major issue when comparing other systems that have the ability to disable announcements like this.
