Please tell me how to register SIP number in 3CX v15.

    Hello,

    I'd like to make a SIP call using 3CX v15,
    I do not know how to register the SIP number in 3CX v15.
    In SIP trunk, Line status becomes red icon(Register Failed).
    Does anyone know?
    If possible, I would like you to tell me by example.

    Hello @anonymous

    Check in the event log for any relevant error message. Go to Dashboard >> Events.
    Any sip trunk registration failure will be logged there.
