pnum asserted identity field not compliant E484

    Gents,

    Just had the VoIP provider in house today. Trying to get a nice template and support for 3CX.

    We encountered several issues. First of all, my firewall seems to be symmetric NAT, thus not very good when using SIP.... (gonna replace it ASAP).

    Also we got another intresting error message:

    [CM103005] Call(1) is rejected: not pnum compliant

    This is very rare. And was introduced after the upgrade to Enterprise version.

    VoIP provider said if the field could be ditched.

    Any help would be nice.

    Very rare indeed. Is there any chance you can post the invite ? or point out the provider ?
