Polling Strategy in Call Center edition

    Hi fellow 3cx-ers,

    Does anyone know which timeframe 3cx handles when choosing 'fewest answered' strategy.

    for example: does it it look on a daily base or does it look keep track from the moment the queue exists, which member has the fewest answered calls.
