Polling strategy in ring groups

    I've been looking at ring groups, and I see the only options for polling strategy are prioritised hunt and ring all.

    What I prefer to use on my queues is longest waiting, is there any way of using this strategy on ring groups too?

    My business does have a pro license, if that helps.

    Use a call queue instead, if you have pro license, there are more options. If license is standard, options are limited (as in ring group).

    Call queues is what I use now, so it's fine. I'm just seeing what other options may be available. Just experimenting, basically!
