Polycom 335

    Hi guys,

    I'm still playing around with 3cx and trying to learn it. I have a semifunctional system right now and am moving over to trying to configure Polycom handsets.

    I have the Polycom configured and registered. When I try to make an outbound call the extension status shows it dialing, but it never makes it to the trunk. When calling extension to extension it will ring the outbound extenstion, but there is no audio when answered. Wondering if anyone has any thoughts or what I might have omited.

    Are you using port 5061 on ext 7002 for a reason? Try setting everything back to 5060 first and see if that'll work.
