Is there a template anywhere that defines how these are written? I know that the ln, fn and ct come from the extensions or contacts entered into 3CX, but the whole entry looks like this:

Code:
<item>
  <ln>Last</ln>
  <fn>First</fn>
  <ct>505</ct>
  <rt>3</rt>
  <dc/>
  <ad>0</ad>
  <ar>0</ar>
  <bw>1</bw>
  <bb>0</bb>
</item>

I'd like to get some control over the rt entry in particular. I can't see a template file that 3CX is using to build these phonebook entries, does anyone know where it's getting the information from?
