Polycom IP 330

    I get a dialtone on line 1, but when I dial a number it doesn't do anything its just silent. I'm able to receive calls on the IP 330.I downloaded the 3cx softphone and it works fine, both ways. Both the softphone and Polycom IP 330 is on the local network.

    In the Manager console the IP 330 is registered. I provised the phone using the 3cx template and I'm thinking it has to do with the template. When I look in the Server Activity Log I dont see the polycom trying to make an outbound call.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    If the 3CX log is not showing the incoming call attempt then it is not even leaving the set. You may have to go in and do some manual configuration.
