Polycom IP 550 keeps rebooting

    Hi!
    Very new to 3CX, but we have a Polycom Soundpoint IP 550 SIP that keeps rebooting. I've reset the config several times. It comes up to a mostly blank screen with it's extension then reboots. The soft switch is working as the PC connected is online.
    Any ideas?

    We are having this same issue just after an upgrade to v15.5. We have now tried multiple Soundpoint IP 550's, and on a certain extension the phone will just reboot at random. We have relocated to new CAT6 cabling, new port on the PoE switch with no resolution.
    Any assistance would be appreciated.
