Forgive me if this has been brought up already.
On an upgrade from beta2 to RC when the config files are recreated in the provisioning folder there are a couple issues with regard to the files generated for Polycom IP430 files and probably other Polycom phones. 2 files are created:
[MAC].cfg containing this line
<APPLICATION APP_FILE_PATH="sip.ld" CONFIG_FILES="polycom-[MACADDRESS].cfg" MISC_FILES="" LOG_FILE_DIRECTORY="" OVERRIDES_DIRECTORY="" CONTACTS_DIRECTORY="" LICENSE_DIRECTORY="">
The problem is the config file names generated by 3cx are:
[MAC]-phone.cfg and not polycom-[MAC].cfg
Also when a backup is done before the upgrade the Polycom firmware is backed up but not restored back into the provisioning folder. From what I read in the provisioning guide the polycom firmware needs to be put in the provisioning folder and not the firmware folder.
Thank you for any assistance.
