Polycom IP5000 Provisioning Issue

    Hey 3CX Community,

    I've been testing 3CX v14 on Win 2012 Srv. All my Snom 821/870 phones provision correctly however this Polycom IP5000 does not. I have followed all the guides I've found on 3CX to no avail. I just want a company phonebook to sync with the phone.
    The phone will appear under phones in 3cx management console with the firmware and mac address.

    Any help will be appreciated.
