Polycom Phone provisioning - Time Date NTP

    Hi - we recently reinstalled our phone system after a hardware failure, using the 3cx backup\restore method, and have everything up and running, however our date time is still off on our polycom phones Soundpoint 550's (and all other models as well).

    From the server i have verified:

    it can resolve pool.ntp.org
    3cx has appropriate time and timezone settings according to 3cx documentation both in the app, and ntp server registry settings for announcement flag, and enable ntp
    Server time\date are correct, and it's able to resolve pool.ntp.org - there is also a firewall rule to allow NTP traffic outbound to the internet, as well as inbound from the polycoms (disabling firewall didn't seem to make any difference).

    Having the time show up on our phones isn't exactly essential, however the constantly blinking incorrect time\date is a huge annoyance we haven't been able to remedy yet, and we can't seem to figure out what we're missing.

    Any help\checklist items would be much appreciated.
