Polycom Provisioning Dialplan

    Hi all, so we have 65 VVX 500's and they work fine, but the dial plan is empty on them so every call we have to hit dial. If i plug the default dial plan in we get the results we want on the phone, but rebooting the phone or re-provisioning will wipe it out again.

    I looked at sip.cfg and thought maybe if I re-provision they would roll out, but that didn't do it. So Im just trying to see if there is a 'global' setting that would roll into all the phones configs. I could rebuild or reprovision everything if necessary I just would like it to be on every Polycom device without having to manually edit each cfg or each phone manually.

    Any ideas? support said they only will help with the default config which is a blank dial plan
