Polycom Spectralink 8002, User Agent not matched

    running 3CX 8.0.10116.583 and receiving assert errors on the Polycom Spectralink 8002 phones all the time. Below is a 3cx log of a phone call from one of the spectralinks. What does User Agent not matched mean?
