Solved Polycom VVX311 Provisioning Files

    I have downloaded the firmware/provisioning files for the VVX311 but cannot seem to find the location that the files need to be placed into on Windows 7. I have looked all over the C drive with no results.

    So you implied a question without actually asking one, hence my response. The book is optional but the article on provisioning VVX phones has the path listed.

    Nevermind. Program data was in a hidden folder I forgot to unhide

    So that is poorly formatted but the path does exist. C:\ProgramData is a hidden folder by default
