Poor sound quality when calling 999 (voice mail)

    I noticed that the voice quality of the lady that's doing the VM stuff isn't very high quality. Is there a way to improve this?

    The lady got angina and lost her voice. Hope she will get her voice back soon!

    You could try Cepstral (http://www.cepstral.com) - and no, I don't have any vested interest ! I'm just a satsified customer of theirs!

    Hi !

    You can replace all (or some of) the system messages by your own. Plus custom wellcome prompt for voicemail recording can be defined for each extension (key '8' in the special voice menu).

    You can try to use the following text-to-speach engines for prompts generation:

    We will be improving the quality of our default prompts though. Something we want to do before the release. Alexander, isnt it on your to do list? :)
