POP up incoming call from call queue

    HI All

    since last myphone, i note very important absence of 1 feature POP UP INCOMING CALL GROM CALL QUEUE.

    when user receive call, he can pick up call since the little pop up on the right of screen, but if it's incoming call from call queue no !!

    very bad for call center works with only call queue.

    please vote for this IDEA here

    Just discovered this myself also (as part of upgrade from V9 – goodbye 3CX Assistant – to V10 – hello MyPhone), however, it seems that it does pop up, but after the Queue call has hung-up!

    We used this on-screen “which queue is being called” all the time with 3CX Assistant. Looks like all the good upgrading work I did this weekend to V10 is going to be undone by going back to V9 next weekend as we can’t install MyPhone Desktop Components on our Vista workstations and now can’t see which Queue is ringing... not good.
