Port 443 HTTPS for Presence and Provisioning

    So port 443 for remote 3cx clients to use presence information is currently being forwarded to our exchange server.

    Is there a way to change the presence port to something else?

    Hello @eQDoBBs

    To change the presence ports you will need to re-install the system and choose new ports through the installation wizard. If you have any remote extensions or 3CX mobile clients you will to re-provision those.
    Perform a backup without licence and FQDN and save the backup to a non 3CX location.
    Un-install the system and re-install using the backup. You will be given the option to choose new ports for http and https. You will need to perform the appropriate changes on your firewall.
