Port/Trunks Status Registered (idle)

    I'm having problems reciving calls to my 3cx system concole + 3cx soft phone. incoming calls are not working but everything seem to be setup ok apart from where it says idle. I'm not to sure if that is ment to be there but my undtstanding of idle is away. its showing idle on the port/trunks status and the extenshion status.

    I'm no computer tec but i have spent 4 weeks on this and had my friend who is a computer tec look into this and he says all the setting are correct.

    any advice would be greatly appreciated

    Post a 3CX log of a failing incoming call. Best to change log setting to Verbose and restart unless it is obvious as to why the calls do not complete.
