Portech re register

    Hello,
    After receiving any call portech does not re register
    I think it is because re register uses the phone called us (01121001004)

    I think it is more like a hardware problem. (PSU??)
    When you are being called the Protech tries to register itself with a wrong auth-ID or password.
    After 25 attempts its IP-address is blocked by 3CX.

    Are you running the latest firmware in your MV-37x?

    yes its 10.160
    and previous firmware 10.142 was doing the same
    I have 3 devices all of them doing the same issue
    this happen after the call end

    Hi,
    I am using a MV-370 with f/w 10.115 and PCB=2N149A
    There is an (new) setting “Restart dial fails” in Mobile >> Settings which I have set to 15.
    I think this is a kind of ring counter, after 15 rings -in this case- the portech restarts.
    Maybe your setting is less then 15, maybe 0 or 1?
    See also the manual (MV-37x) page 17, item 10 which says:

    “(10) Restart Dial Fail: In this feature, user can initialize and register the
    module while GSM module dials fail in couple times. When GSM
    module is dysfunctional, it can avoid the device shut down in
    advance.”

    Hi,
    I Can receive calls
    but after any call received or missed
    re register work as you see

    restart dial fail = 1 (the default)

    I think it is re register using last called number as id which makes the registration fails

    One last thing: are your settings in 3CX all right?
    Please check the next settings

    PSTN Settings >> GSM-Gateway >> Inbound Parameters
    Call Source Identification
    - Matching Strategy: “Match All Fields”
    - “SIP Field” and “Variable” are empty
    Content of SIP fields
    - SIP Field: “Contact : Host Part”
    - Variable: “DevHostPort source address/port of message”
