Ports/Trunks Status Error

    I need your help guys,
    I installed 3cx version 12 yesterday on windows 7 ultimate and im using GrandStream gateway , but when I go to Ports/Trunks Status , I double click on one of them I get the attached error ?

    Have a look though the 3CX logs to see if there is an attempted registration from the other 3 trunks. You may need to power down, then up, the gateway to get it to re-register.

    If you used auto provisioning, then, in theory, the gateway should have all of the correct information. There is a possibility of corruption, or the gateway may not be at the correct version.

    we get this error only with browsers , its working fine with management console
