    Hello Everyone,

Having a major problem. All 3 of my voip accounts are showing not registered. I did make a network change where the public IP has changed, but I did configure this in the settings. I've run the Firewall checker and all ports come back green and ready to go. Yet I still am unable to register with any of my providers.

I am getting the following errors, has anyone seen this or have any idea what I am missing?

    Hello @Evulshot

Do you have your ip as static or dynamic in MMC >> Settings >> Network?
Can you please do an nslookup of your FQDN and see if it resolves to the new IP?

    Hi Evulshot,

If you want to change your public IP in 3CX and/or your nslookup is not resolving as it should you can get you public ip to change in 3CX's dns servers by:

    * navigating to Settings > network and switch to use 'Dynamic Public IP (IP changes)'

    * Restarting the services using the services.mmc.

    * Then wait 20 minutes and go back and switch back to ' Static Public IP (IP Address does not change)' and again restart services.

It will take up to an hour to change on their systems DNS and then up to 6 or more hours to propagate around the internet.

    Hi,

Please restart all 3CX Services, not the machine.
