I stumbled upon this the other day while taking a phone call from an angry caller. In regards to dialing by name, at this current time there isn't a way to program "0" as an option to get back to the main menu (which is what I find to be the most logical). I'm finding that there are callers that call in and whenever they dial "4" for the dial by name feature, they aren't able to get back to the main menu if they can't find the extension they are trying to call in for. As a test, I called into my office from my cell phone and I waited for a few moments after the digital receptionist presented me with the option to enter the first three digits of the person's last name (15 - 20 seconds) and the digital receptionist repeated itself and it's basically an endless loop. The caller would then have to hang up and then call back in.
