Good Afternoon. My client (small business with around 6 users) uses 3CX and would like to be able to setup a Post-Call Survey option, where callers are directed to an automated message which would ask questions such as "Was your call resolved today? Press 1 for yes or 2 for no", or "would you recommend xxxx today? Please rate your response by entering a number 0 to 9" etc etc and then the results would get saved to a database of some sort (spreadsheet, for example). Does anyone know if a third party application that can be installed to do this function, and this function alone? Anyone had any experience with those software? Thanks, Rod Prazeres.
