postgres database access

Hi, i'm testing a free version of 3cx V 12.5 on a windows 2012 server. I can't access the postgres database using pgadmin, anyone have done it on same versions?
 
SOLVED, updated windows 2012 to last patch reinstalled 3xc and all run fine
