PostgreSQL Table To See If Agent Is On A Call?

    I have spent hours looking through the tables and I have found a lot of good information. The one thing that seems like it should be the simplest to find, I am at a loss.

    Does anyone know what table/column to query to be able to determine if one of our agents is on the phone?
