    Hi! Is it possible to use VAD for automated outbound dialing / predictive dialing? In other words, I need IVR, which runs contrary.

    Hi Igor,

    No, the VAD works when the call is connected, it doesn't allow to make outbound calls. You need an outbound dialer to perform the outbound calls. Once the outbound call is connected, you can use the VAD to define the callflow and interact with the user. To do that you just need to connect the outbound call to the VAD extension on the internal side.
