Prepend Queue Name gone

    Hi,
    I had this working but it seems to have disappeared around the time I applied the latest update, might be coincidence might not be either.
    I have a system with 2 Call Queues
    1. Hosting
    2. Techs
    I want to show the queue name on the iPhone client, as it is now only the Caller ID is displaying.

    How exactly should this be done in V15 with sp3 installed?

    One trap to be aware of is if the number of the caller ID is in the global directory, the phone will resolve this and show the name only. You need to modify the phone settings (by profile preferably) so it will not resolve names from the global directory. This can be done on Yealink phones. Not sure if this is your problem, but it caught me out.

    Navigate to contacts/options and make sure that prepend name is selected in the Add Group, Queue or DID/DDI to Caller ID
