I am on Flowroute.. they have some issue with their SIP registration host and suggested IP-based registration. Fine. They identify based on allowed IP (we have static) and a "tech ID" string. That string is configured to prepend on the outbound rule(s) accordingly. However.. every outbound call in 3CX Phone for Windows, or the Manager view, shows the Callee as <techID>*<number>. Is there a way to get that cleaned up? I will guess it will also show up in call logs et al.. so I'd like to basically replace the prepended text with null and keep the last. Any ideas?
