    Hi guys,
Just installed 3CX today and must say it was amazingly easy to do (ex-astrisk user now :D )

I'd like to have my extension set so if the caller gets my voicemail, if they press 9, it will call my cell phone.

    Is this possible?

    yes, with a workaround method

set system default operator to ext 2000
create an ext 2000 (forward all calls to digital receptionist ext 2001)
create a digital receptionist ext 2001
    timeout 0, forward external number.
play around with your voice prompt recordings.

Of course you realize you have to have more than one phone line for this to work,(many don't).

You can make a rule on your extension - example when busy forward to an IVR.
Create a prompt and upload this to the IVr - Example - Hi this is the automated attendant of extension 100 Rick James
Press 1 for Voicemail, 2 for X, 9 to redirect to my mobile.
Option 1 will be sent to the voicemail of extension 100
Option 9 will be forwarded to an external number (outbound rule + mobile number)
