Hi We have to make some phone support for a pc brand. When you buy there pc you can buy a Hotline package which means that you will get first in the queue. I have made it easy buy creating 2 different Call queues. In the IVR i have, press 1 for support or press 2 if you have bought the hotline package. Since all agents of the queues can be found in both queues, how can i tell 3cx that queue 2 with hotline pakage has priority over queue 1? Meaning that all calls in queue 2 are handled first..
