Priority Queues

    Hi Guys

    Just wondering if 3cx can treat high priority callers differently to regular callers. What I am trying to achieve is this:

    Inbound call => System recognizes the caller => do a check if caller is high priority => if call is high priority send to high priority queue else send call to regular queue, or instead of sending a caller to the high priority queue then send the caller to the front of the general queue.

    This has to be based on a clid check.

    There are provisions in the call center edition, but not in the standard. Take a look at the blog.
