    Hallo forum,

I have searched for a hint of a fix for this problem @ 2 weeks now and am going absolutely nowhere, I am sure someone, somewhere has the answer, whether it be a config issue or a BUG, I have to ask.

I do not currently have a fixed IP address hence I am using STUN. On fire up of the PBX, the STUN message [CM506001] is sent and I recieve the correct response [CM506002].
I have, in my VoIP provider settings under 'Advanced > Registration Settings > Which IP to use in 'Contact' field for registration > 'External (STUN resolved).

    Then why

    1) does my registration message to my actual VoIP provider [1+1] contain my private IP address [Cause: 403 Keine RFC1918-IPs erlaubt] and
    2) why are there two registration attempts milliseconds later for the failed registration even though the failed point states 'in 5 minutes' plus a second registration for the sucessfull registration to another route?

    14:42:18.265 [CM504004]: Registration succeeded for: 10001@fb
14:42:18.171 [CM504007]: Next attempt to register 10000@1+1 is scheduled in 5 minute

When I select the 'Specified IP' under 'Advanced > Registration Settings > Which IP to use in 'Contact' field for registration >, the registration is 100% sucessfull.

Note that I am able to sucessfully connect direct to my provider with a 3cx softphone v6 running on the same PC that I have the 3cx server.

I have also attached a comprehenisve wireshark trace

Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance.

Can you post screen shot of the following screen?

    >> Settings > Network Settings (Stun server)

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...
