Problem calling an Extension

    We have an odd problem, we have 2 extensions that have issue calling the same extension. When they try to call that extension their phone states Not found. Other people is the same office can call that extension with no issue. Please can you advise possible solutions to this issue.

    Check the 3CX Activity log, it will show where the call is going, and why.

    Hello @ParksideGroup

    What PBX version are you running? Have you checked under Forwarding Rules / Exceptions to make sure that no rules are in place preventing other extensions calling?

    We are running Version 14 SP3 Build 49169.513. I have checked the Forwarding Rules / Exceptions and they are empty on both the dialing extension and the receiving extension.

    Unfortunately I am currently unable to see the activity log, as I am getting a 404 error. Is there away to access the Activity logs other than going through the management portal.
