Problem configuring remote extensions

    Hi,

    I just downloaded the 3CX software free edition for testing and I tried to configure one remote extension in a gateway (3CX softphone works with tunneling only). The remote extension authenticates correctly, it can receive and make calls but only the destination can hear me, I tried openning all ports in both sides but the problem continues.
    If somebody know how to solve this issue please send me some hints to try over here.

    I had the same issue at one time. It is the way your client is set up. I'm not 100% sure, but I think all I did to fix it was change my internal ip to my computer ip, instead of my wan ip. You have to remember this is a tunnel like a vpn, so it uses you computers subnet ip, and not the wan ip given by your provider.
