problem dialing out

    when i dial out i get no audio when i dial in its all ok but when out no. when i dial my mobile it rings but when i pick it up there is no audio i am useing grand stream fxo gateway anybody help

    There seems to be an FW issue here.
    Make sure all ports for external calls are open in router/FW.
    Allow 3cx app. in the fw you are using.

    If not, look if hook for "bind to mediaserver" is on. If so try to unhook it.

    Which party are external in this call?
