Problem getting evaluation working

    Hello

    Good day to you. I got your email from 3cx help portal. I am currently trying out the free 3cx evaluation before purchasing it to see if it will suit our need and i am stuck in completing my evaluation. I have got every thing working from setup to being able to make both internal and external call. But the issue is that for the external call, once the receiver picks up the call, i hear a scritching sound (very loud long tone). But this do not happen if i am making an internal call. to eliminate its not a problem with Skype(using as a gateway), i decided to call from skype directly and this was ok.

    I also tried calling from both a physical IP Phone and soft phone, still same issue. Please can you help?

    Are you using a VoIP provider or a Gateway to PSTN for your outside calls? Which provider or Gateway?
