problem in tranfert call

    good morning

    ad un centralino 3CX Licenza 4SC v. 10.
    o collegato i seguenti telfono
    Cisco SPA501G
    Siemes A580IP
    Good morning

    in a 3CX licence 4sc v.10
    where as ip phone i use this model
    Cisco SPA501G
    Siemes A580IP

    i have problem when i try to trasfert an incomig call to other internal

    when a call is receive i press trasfert key for traster it to other internal
    caller feel wait music
    i can speak whit internal where i must tranfert call
    but when i try to tranfert to this internal the received call the comunication lose

    what is my error ?

    You list more than one type of phone, does this happen with both types of sets? What is the exact method you are using for the transfer.

    I will assume he is having issues transferring calls from his A580IP Base?

    When you are speaking with caller A, press the top right button for an external line, dial the extension number of the Cisco SPA phone, announce the caller and then press the R key on the A58H Handset, this will then transfer the call
