PROBLEM OUTSIDE OFFICE

    Hello

    When i'am connecting the server out side the office the server registrer the number but i cant phone out? Whats the problem? It's standing "FORBIDDEN" Do any one have a clue what it my be?

    BUT IF I WANT TO CONNECT DIRECT? How should I do? It dosent work when I have tried reading the guides.

    can you try stun server?
    try more than stun server

    I dont realy no what the stun is ? What should I do?

    Hello and welcome,
    you have to set the stun at the server and at the client

    try one of the following servers
    stun.ekiga.net
    stun.xten.com
    stun.fwdnet.net
    stun01.sipphone.com

    I can now recicve calls from the receptionist when i'am in another office. But I cant make calls in the program? "Forbidden" when i'am trying to phone. Whats the problem then?

    I have three number at my operator should two of them uses for call outside? But will that work if i have same operator? How should I do? Would any one help me over msn and you can get the ip number to look at it. :)
