Hi. This is a problem, but I have the answer. This is for anyone else that's downloaded the mobile application (Android) and cannot get the provisioning / provision file to open. You have to open it from the email, not download. If your email is Microsoft Exchange, it may or may not open. If it does open, you may get an error message saying "unable to provision" or something like that. Actually a user on this forum encountered the same issue back in 2014. Forward the "welcome" email you receive with the configuration file attached to a NON Microsoft email client --- gmail, yahoo,etc. Do not download the file, but tap on the file attachment from your phone. See if it works. It did for me.
