Problem SPA942 & Grandstream4104 work fine for while

    Hi

    I am using free version of 3CX. All setup working fine for while. Than can not make inbound or outbound call. When I make any internal call using softphone than after everything start to work . But its work for few minute and again everthing going down. Unless I make any internal call using softphone. Anyone please help me on this.

    Can you be more specific in your question please?
    When you say “everything going down” what exactly happen?
    Can you post a server activity log after everything going down?

    Thank you for your reply. Everything going down mean I am not able to receive or dial any call from my SPA942 phone and other soft phone.Its start to work only when I make call from my soft phone that installed on same computer where 3CX phone system installed. And after few minute again same problem.

    Can you confirm if this logging is from V6 or V7?

    It appears you have a STUN related issue. If you are using V7 and not using VOIP Providers OR Remote extensions, can you please turn off STUN from the Settings > Network > STUN tab and restart the 3CX PhoneSystem service.
