Problem to call outside with the MyDivert Operator

    I have still another problem with MyDivert, Betamax operators didn't give me this problem.
    The out calls are forbidden and I can receive calls (operator connected in green)
    Here is the log:

    Thanks for your help.
    Note that I tried with adding the Request Line URI with the custom field with the username of the provider MyDivert, like for incoming calls (previous request in the forum), but it doesn't work.

    They are "declining" to handle your call. It could be an incorrect number (length/digits), an unauthorized number (to a mobile?), you have no funds left in your account, any number of things. I would contact them directly and ask why they will not route a call based on the digits, 00352621324490, you are sending them.
