Problem w/Ring Group to Digital Receptionist if Unanswered

    Currently I have set for calls during office hours to go to a Ring Group consisting of 3 extensions. The problem I am having is that if the call gets unanswered it keeps ringing on the extensions. I changed the settings on the ring group to ring for 30 seconds and if unanswered to get tranfered to the Digital Receptionist but it is not doing it. It pauses the ring on the ring group extensions for a few seconds and then it starts ringing the ring group extensions again. Does anybody has an idea on how to resolve the issue?

    What Matt is actually pointing out here is a known bug that has been identified and fixed. I am told it will be included in the next update. See this post http://www.3cx.com/forums/possible-v6-bug-5903.html
