problem when i call an inexistent outside number

    When i call a inexistent outside number (and use the voip line), past 30 seconds and then the 3cx recognize that the called number it's no good .
    In this 30 second the apparence of calling is the same that a call to good number.
    Someone know the solution at this problem ?
