problem with 3cx phone 12 sp1 and snom

    Hello i have a fresh new installation of 3cx sp1 and clients with snom 710 phone (last firmware) and 3cx phone version 12sp1 and i have several difficulties with call transfers.

    configuration note: i have extensions with flagged 3cx phone option and selection on "IP Phone via CTI"

    first: software button for "hold and transfer" are greyed out and also numeric pad.

    if a call arrive, put in hold, and try to transfer with software, i musts use phone numeric pad to call another extension and then i'll try to transfer from software, it simply park the two calls and i hear the signal for making a new call.
